Good new bad news
The good news is the office I'm moving to is large enough to hold four large cubes.
Bad news? No one can figure out how to get the cubes apart, so I'm officeless for now.

So, is your office changing office space to save money? And does this mean you're trading an office for a cube? That happened to me three years ago. And after working at the same place for 9 years, five of which I had an office, I got shoved in a cube after a move. It sucks. So now I wear headphones most of the time in permanent defiance.
Well from that point of view I'm doing okay. Do to the other Corporate trend of firing everyone, I'm moving into an office that used to house four people. Hell we have lots of room now that no one works here. So I will have a large office once I get moved.
Since we own the building it works out okay. Otherwise all bets would be off, if there's a penny to be saved we will save it, even if it means putting everyone in shipping containers.
